We provide services for searching and obtaining duplicate (copy) of Certificates of Marriage and Divorce in Kazakhstan.
Obtaining a duplicate of the Marriage Certificate is possible only if there is a power of attorney issued personally by the person in respect of whom the marriage record was drawn up.
If close relatives (children, grandchildren, etc.) need to receive a document confirming the fact of marriage, then in this case we receive a Record Information Note of marriage/dissolution of marriage. The note contains all the information specified in the marriage record and is issued on the letterhead of the authorized body. In order to obtain a Record Information Note, in addition to a notarized power of attorney on behalf of a close relative, documents are required confirming family ties with the person in respect of whom a marriage document is requested.
