It is possible to affix the stamp “Apostille” in the following state authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
✔ Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
✔ Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
✔ Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
✔ Committee of Information and Archives of the Ministry of Culture, Information and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
✔ Department for ensuring the activities of courts under the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan (apparatus of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan);
✔ Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
✔ General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
✔ Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
There are two options for obtaining an Apostille stamp:
The first option is the legalization of the original document itself;
The second option is the legalization of the original and the translated copy of the document into the state language of the country of the final recipient of the document.
